So here's the problem. I'm using parallel desktop to enable windows 7 system on my imac but i can't connect to the internet. It tells me that it is connecting to the internet but i can't load any website or download stuff using .exe. I tried putting on auto detect ip address but it didn't work. It even tells me it is receiving packages and uploading them while i scratch my head off trying to fix it. Help please lot's of help The ipv4 address is 10.211.xx.x

OK, so what is the gateway IP address? Also, do you have a network location? Set up a location like home, work, public!

I see the gateway address now aside from the last digit everything is same as ip address. If this helps the internet start having problem after a force shutdown due to crash.

Start>run>Tyep CMD

In that screen, type PING then the address for your gateway, like ping 192.168.100.100, or whatever your gateway is.

It sounds like you need to go into device manager, and delete your Network Interface. the OS should be able to rebuild the device if it is windows 7.

Make certain that you understand what you are doing before you do this step!

I understand it and it doesn't sound safe but, I'm kinda desperate and to most i'll just create another system and pay the 30 bucks for parallels desktop later sooooo HERE.WE.GO

If you have full windows 7 (not hacked) it will rebuild the connection. I have fixed 100% of my hardware problems in windows 7 this way.

Yes. If it doesn't, then the drivers are gone, and your hardware doesn't even know it is there!

Even with wifi, there are still drivers.
