Hi gail,
Could you give us some more details about the problem? Are you having difficulties starting Windows? Is it possible to enter in BIOS menu? If it is, please check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. If you are having some booting difficulties and the hard disc is working properly, you need a Windows installation drive to boot from. If your PC was bought with a pre-installed OS, contact the reseller and ask for some suggestions.
