I recommend asking your laptop provider or visiting local tech.
To me, this looks like the SSD/HDD is broken, not allowing to boot. The ram could also be a potential problem, so keep that in mind. The laptop troubleshoot is hard, because you have to fully open it. How is the battery life?>
