Windows\System32\Config\System is corrupt

Hello,
My \Windows\System32\Config\System is corrupt but I have a software in pen drive to correct this but the computer does not shows it.Why?

Why? We have no idea.

I suggest you reinstall Windows. That's the only way to insure a clean working system.

I have the software of CD-ROM in my pendrive. Can I connet my pendrive with the pc to correct this issue? Is it work?
