Hello, I get stuck on the ACER explore beyond limits screen. I reboot, receive message stating Automatic repair, then click on restore. Brings me back to same thing again after restarting.

I have done this 3x. I also restored my system back to yestetday, Aug. 11. That worked shortly. I logged into my email....screen went black then restarted itself and started the same mess again.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Your issue could be caused by a virus. If you wish help to identify the virus, let me know.

Hello Ambucias, thank you for the response.
I've done that also, but it just takes me back to the ACER beyond limits screen and stays frozen there.

Yes, I would like assistance on how to remove the potential virus.

Can you boot in safe mode with networking?

Hello, just an update if anyone has the same issue I did.

My IT Friend says he was able to reload my OS and keep all my files.

I'm not sure of all the steps he took to get to the point of being able to reload the OS.

I pick up my laptop from him tomorrow so I can ask more questions.
