Can't get in Yahoo mail account

I haven't been on yahoo in a very long time,I remember my email and password,but it asked to send a code to my phone.The problem is, the phone numbers are old.I need to know if there is a way I can get on and change my number, mainly just get on my account.

Please note accounts that have had absolutely no activity in the past 12 months are at risk of being deleted. Abandoned and obsolete accounts are often quickly deleted from the server, making account recovery impossible.
