CD/DVD rom will not go in

Hello,
When I attempt to put in a CD on my Samsung Desktop on Windows 7 premium home edition, it will not go in. It is not a tray-type drive. What should I do?

CD/DVD rom will not go in
Pokemon platinum rom - Download - Role playing
Pokemon emerald rom - Download - Role playing
Pokemon fire red rom - Download - Role playing
Ocarina of time rom - Download - Action and adventure
Super mario 64 rom - Download - Platform

you need to update the driver with easydriver.com
