Hello,

adding information can unintentionally change or delete values and cause components to stop working correctly. if you do not trust source of this information in c:\Users\Dell\AppData\Roaming\registery.reg , do not add it to registry.
Are you sure you want to continue?

The above statement comes every time as i boot in to system as a command prompt named registery editor

It appears you have a script trying to modify your Windows Registry. Perhaps you could download the free version of CCleaner or Advanced System Care and run the registry and or malware cleaner.

Good Luck
