Please understand, although we can assist in pointing you in the right direction, we have NO role to play in the actual password recovery. The one thing you must understand, is you have to maintain your accounts correctly. Part of this involves updating your information when it changes. Now please let us know what provider you have (NOT the email address, just the @someemaildomain.com part!), and we will be happy to google and review the google results, and post back a link!
