Hello,

I just bought an external enclosure for a hard drive from my old laptop. There were a bunch of files mainly pictures that were in the recycling bin when my old laptop stopped working.

When I bought the enclosure to hook up my old hard drive to my new laptop the guy assured me i would be able to restore those lost file.

I spent more then an hour attempting to locate the recyling bin from the external hard drive and looking for fixes on the internet but was unable to find any that worked.

Is there anyway I can restore recycled files or should i just return the enclosure and get my money back due to the salesperson misleading me to believe i could restore my files?
