How to Speed Up DeSmuME?

The DeSmuME speed up option is a very unique feature that lets you choose the emulation speed for your Nintendo DS games. You can either slow a game down or make it run faster instead. In order to do this, you will have to manually assign your keyboard's keys to the available commands, which are Fast Forward, Increase Speed, and Decrease Speed. You can configure this from the main screen of the emulator, by going to Config and Hotkey Config.
