An innovative and comprehensive app. Anyone can set an alarm to take some medicine, but MyTherapy have created an app that goes above and beyond and allows you to note and keep track of many symptoms and conditions which can be so important in more serious medical conditions. I also really like that it provides info on OTC medicines and how to take them.
MyTherapy is an app that not only reminds you when you’re supposed to take your pills, but also provides a mood tracker, health journal and a comprehensive database full of information on OTC medications.
This free app, enables you to set alarms which serve as reminders to take your pills and it also provides a health journal for you to note and monitor all of your health data. Using this feature, you can track important information such as blood sugar levels, blood pressure, weight, measurements etc and add extra details which could be important symptoms such as, mood and tiredness levels. All of this information can also be shared interactively among family members or printed, so that your doctor can see a detailed follow-up/record.
MyTherapy also serves as a medicine tracker. You can write details about each medicine being taken, quantities in the house, dates when it needs to be renewed (so you never run out), how the dose should be taken and more. For the times when it’s more difficult to take medication, MyTherapy sends beautiful daily pictures as motivation. With the interactive feature, family members can be involved to see when you might have missed a dose and help you stay on track.
MyTherapy is also available for iPhone.
