The app will provide a one month training plan (catered to your data input) and over the course of the 30 days, the exercises will increase in difficulty and intensity.
30 Day Fitness Challenge has different workouts to target specific areas of your body so you can choose for example to focus on abs and buttocks one day and the entire body the next. The program is divided into three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.
