You must have heard of Rocket League, the very famous football-racing video game developed and published by Psyonix. Well it seems that there is also a version developed for mobile devices, called Rocket League Sideswipe. You will find the whole original Rocket League universe but with a brand new camera, shorter matches, and hundreds of decorative elements. Challenger, are you ready to dominate the track?

Gameplay

A brand new camera: The well-known third-person camera perspective of the original Rocket League has been replaced by a lateral viewing perspective. This design makes the whole game and actions easier to visualize and allows the player to enjoy the view.
Intuitive controls: You will be able to jump, accelerate, and fly with your car. You will feel an incredible feeling of total control of your vehicle. The more you play matches, the more you will hone your control skills, and you will start to feel what it's like to be one with your car.
Snatch victory: Even though the controls and the camera are intuitive, you will have to face your opponent, understand how the car and ball physics work, and train both your mind and muscle memory.

Various and challenging game modes: The game offers solo or multiplayer game modes to challenge you in different ways. Challenger, come try the 1v1, 2v2, or the hoops mode.
Pimp your ride: You will be able to customize various elements and effects of your car, but also of the ball's effects. Hundreds of different customization options await you.
Be the highest-ranked: Face other players and compete to be the highest-ranked in the seasonal leaderboard.

Graphics and sounds

Even though Rocket League Sideswipe is developed for mobile devices, the graphics are still impressive, with lots of visual and audio feedback to ensure you never miss any action during the match. Do not think you will get cheap graphics as all the shaders have been developed to ensure you still get a superb gaming experience.

Duration and game modes

As an online multiplayer video game, Rocket League Sideswipe offers several game modes, matches last up to 2 minutes:

Duel mode: This is the classic 1v1 match mode. It is an excellent game mode to train yourself, master your tricks and car controls, and hone your skills in competition. You can either play against a random player or with a friend by setting up the matchmaking settings.
Doubles mode: This is the famous 2v2 match mode. Get ready for a more challenging, fast-paced, and cooperative game. You can either play with another random player or with a friend. Teamwork is key; drive, score points and climb the ranked leaderboard.
Hoops mode: In the Hoops game mode, the goals baskets. You can either play offline or ranked online 2vs2.

Rocket League Sideswipe has been rated PEGI 3, so it can be considered suitable for all audiences.

How to install the XAPK file on your Android?

The steps to follow are as follows:

If you have a version lower than Android 8, you may need to authorize the installation from unknown sources (only if you don't already have done it before). You usually find this option in Settings > Security.
Disable the Play Protect function through the Play Store options.
Download Rocket League Sideswipe on your mobile by clicking the button at the top of this page.
Download and install the XAPK Installer.
Open the XAPK installer and grant all the necessary access permissions, then it will scan your device, and it should display a list containing all the XAPK files on your device. If the Rocket League file does not appear, then locate the file in your "Downloads" folder and rename it by replacing the ".zip" file extension with the ".xapk" file extension.
