I can't login my Facebook account and email or phone number which is listed on my Facebook account there is no longer access of mine now. Please help me how I login my Facebook account again.please answer me as soon as possible.

You would need to reset your account. You need to get a reset code. But Facebook will send the code to the email or phone you no longer have access to.

I am afraid that you have lost your account for good.
