Hello,
I have WD 1.0TB SATA hard drive and 150GB Hard Drive both of them are installed with window 7. Recently I got an error that my primary 1.0TB HD is not showing up in my computer. I tried Advance Mode of the BIOS setup program - Tool - ASUS EZ Flash 2 Utility - H61MLX3R2.CAP and restart the Bios. The HD is detected in the begginning but it will get lost in the middle of Window opening. Why is it not showing up on my computer to be used?

it sounds like the drive has failed. Can you test it on a second computer?
I have tried other computer and the result is same. I heard that it can be solved by window 2008 but I don't know how. Is there any idea

If the HD has an imminent physical failure, I read elsewhere that no software anywhere will fix a physical failure, however, check with other sources, perhaps they will have some ideas.
