I recently caused a problem for myself with my headphones and my laptop I turned something off could you instruct me on what to do.

my head phone is plugged into my computer there is no sound coming through I turned something off on my laptop where to go to restore sound from head phones.

Something! Do you think that you can be a little specific ? It's very difficult if not impossible to pinpoint or to troubleshoot something,
