STRANGE THING HAPPENS WHEN I PRESS SHIFT OR CONTROL HELP PLEASE

when i press SHIFT OR CTRL i get a strange problem
I will give examples to make it easier to understand
So lets say in a 1 game The Shift button makes you sit down so when i press SHIFT i sit down then stand up then sit down then stand up so it presses more than 1 time and sometimes it works perfectly every 3 times i press shift at least 1 time this thing happens and it happens in every game not only in 1 or 2 games
ok another example for the CTRL problem lets say in a game you need to press ctrl to pull out your sword so i press CTRL sometimes same weird thing happen i pull out the sword then i put it in then i pulled out and sometimes the sword is out and i cant get it back in unless i spam the CTRL
(THE KEYBOARD DSN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT I TRIED 4 DIFFERENT KEYBOARDS)
these are all examples shift and ctrl problem happens every where not only in games
