Hello,

I am so frustrated. Got a new Acer Swift 3 14" laptop. Worked on it for 2 days and cannot get the words that I type to show up. When I search for help, I need to type a question. I can type it but it doesn't show up. Then sometimes within all this mess the computer freezes. HELP! PLEASE!

To troubleshoot the issue try an external keyboard.
