Piggybacked HDD's on 2nd IDE ribbon

Hello, All I just installed 2 40gig WD400 HDD's in my PC running win 03 server. they are detected and show up in bios as seconardy master and secondary slave and show up im the device manager, but they don't show up on "My Computer" Only the two HDD's on my primary ribbon show up.. Any suggestions would be a great help.. Thanks in advance...

please check the jumper settings!

the new drives will not show in "My Computer" until they are partitioned and formatted. If they are new drives or were formatted under Linux they must be reformatted.
