If you have a beeping computer, then there is a hardware failure, and it is unlikely you can fix it!
In the event that you wish to try (with no warranties here!), then the first thing you want to do is count the number of beeps! Check the number of beeps against computer BIOS beep codes, and replace the hardware that has failed. Check out this most important troubleshooting link:
