No internal hard disk found

My laptop without os (dell inspiron 15 3000series) as i have formatted my laptop.....not it is showing NO INTERNAL HARD DRIVE FOUND and after doing some changes in bios setting a black screen comes and says Media test failure ,check cabel and No bootable device found........SOME ONE SAID REMOVE HD AND PUT IT AGAIN .....I have done that too.....But problem still remains same.......SO PLS HELP

There two possibilities for the issue:

1. You don't have an OS

2. Your hard disk is damaged and need to be replaced.
