Confirm your Identity

Hello,
Whenever I try accessing my account it says I need to confirm my identity. There are two options, the birthday and login in another device you've previously logged in. There are two options, my cell phone, and chrome windows. I've tried both, but whenever I try logging in from any of these the same thing appears. So how am I supposed to confirm it through another device?
