Greetings!

Hi everyone, please help me resolve my prob. My dell laptop always shuts its display, whether im on the bios settings, performing diagnostic test or after log on. All seems to be fine exept the display is always turning off. Thanks guys...

It could be a defective screen or the backlight. Either problem will take a qualified Tech to diagnose and replace the defective part.

Thanks. Im also suspecting that an hardware may be the culprit... i might try to repair it my self
