I just purchased a new Dell computer and transferred written documents, etc. from the crashed old HP to Dell. All written documents are wps files and cannot open. I was advised by a tech at Best Buy to download Office but they would not give directions as to how to get these wps files to open. I need your help please!

wps files are Word Perfect files. Word Perfect used to be popular when Ronald Reagan was president.
