Hello,
I am sure this is a commonly asked question, and a common reason. I deleted some really nasty emails from a gentleman, as my computer is used by the whole family. These would be beginning oct 2016-june 2017. I need these emails recovered as the man is now doing some legal things, and I need the emails for proof of his statements. Is there any way AT ALL to have these retreived? Even for a fee, if necessary. It is the same gmail account that I have had for years, and am using the same computer. Thank you so much!

He is doing legal things! Oh no! That is extremely mean, what a tyrant!

I detest people who do legal things! It's atrocious.

This is the only way to recover your emails:

If Gmail has not deleted the messages from the server, you can recover deleted emails after deleting them from your trash folder. You must open your Gmail then click the drop down grey arrow on the left from your search box at the top of the screen. It will then ask you several question such as to or from, subject, key words or date within. Click on the blue search button on the bottom left of the search box and all of your deleted emails should be revealed.

If you delete an email, it stays in your Trash for 30 days. After 30 days, emails are permanently deleted from the trash and the server.
If you still can’t recover your mails, these links will provide further help
