Hello, All --

First time poster.

I want to make a filter the moves email from duckdns.org to the trash.  Seems straight forward: From contains duckdns.org move to trash folder.

I can’t get it to work. It stays in the SPAM folder and never moves. I don’t ever plan on talking to them. ;-) It’s also the topmost filter.

What have I missed?

Thanks.

Hi,

Your filter seems correct. All emails sent from senders containing "duckdns.org" will be moved to the trash. However, it will work for future emails only and not to the existing ones. You need to deleted them manually.

If it’s still going to spam, try adjusting the filter to ‘From contains’ duckdns.org and also add ‘Move to Trash’ under actions. Also, make sure to check if any other filters are overriding this one. Hopefully, that does the trick! ????

That is a good suggestion, I was also looking for it. Thank you.
