Hello, am doubting if i remove the battery within the laptop on or i have to swicth it off?and then remove the battery?

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. If the test works OK then you will need to replace the internal keyboard.

i didnt try it,i demand if i have to shut off the laptop before removing battery?

yes it is good practice to shut off the laptop before removing the battery.

oookkaayyy!then remove battery for a few seconds!the key which stopped on the keyboard will work?

NO - the keyboard probably needs to be replaced.
