Cannot access my Gmail account

I cannot access my Gmail account. My password keeper got wiped out and my 16 character password was deleted along with all my other passwords. Is there any way to get a password that I can change once I get into my Gmail? I can't get any answer by email as I have no access to it.

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
