I have been moving my important emails to files in gmail. Now they are all gone. I need these files. Lesson learned and will print them in future

Are you trying to recover emails or files/documents that you have uploaded to Google Drive?

Not that I'm aware of, I'm trying to recover email files that I moved to saved designated file folders in my gmail account on the left side. IE a reservation folder that contained car and hotel reservations that had been confirmed.All my folders, several, are completely empty.
