Laptop monitor and external monitor display blank screen

Hello
I have Compaq mini laptop
Processor is Intel atom
When I boot it the fan runs,the light is on(the motherboard is working alright but the screen )is black. I tried with external monitor the same problem
Help me fix it

Sorry a dead notebook is best diagnosed by a PC Tech with access to the hardware itself.
