Lenovo Y50 keyboard keys not working.

Hello,

The "q,a,y,1,tab and esc" keys on my lenovo y50 stop working from time to time, sometimes the problem persists and the keys only work for a split second if i keep spaming on them, but sometimes they work normally.
The computer is now around 3 years old, I have the problem for 1 month now.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi

To troubleshoot the issue, try an external keyboard and tell us if the problem repeats.

Hi, I have the same problem. It seems to work fine with an external or virtual keyboard.

Therefore the original keyboard is defective and must be replaced.
