There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.
Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!

You must reset your password because you tried to access your account from a different device. To do that you need the code that Yahoo sent you to your old number, since you have not kept your account up-to-date, you are marooned up the stream without an oar.
