Keep trying to retreive my fb account and they blocked me!!

Hi. I really need your help i just wanna ask how to get back my facebook account, my email, password and recovering account changed!! Then i kept logging in my account then facebook told me that i was blocked already. I hope you cam help me thanka

I keep logging it by my username and password but the hacker is so fast he even change my recovery number, and email. But i already send my id to facebook so they can recognize me that im really the owner of that.
