How to create a Yahoo mail account without mobile phone

To whom It May Concern: I'm having trouble getting around the "Mobile Phone" problem. This is the second note that I have sent you. I clicked on the site you suggested, but can not get to the correct scroll down. I need a direct site, so that I can give you all the appropriate information--name, address, email, etc.
PS I'm not very savvy regarding the internet. Give me a form, without the "mobile phone" information required, and I would gladly become a member. Remember, I have no mobile or cell phone. Help!
