Torrented movie is not playing

I downloaded a movie via torrent in my phone it shows it can't be played.so I copied it to my PC the video plays for only 23 sec I checked the file size the whole file exists but it doesn't play.

Movies downloaded from Torrent websites are often faulty, corrupted or infected with viruses. There is nothing that can be done.
