How do I know if Facebook disable is temporary or permanent

Hello,
Will facebook explicit say if its permanent disable is upon attempted login? And if it doesnt, its a temporary blocked that has to be waited out and got account back automatically? "Account Disable" sounds very board, facebook's automated system is no help.

It seems I am "ineligible" all of a sudden, but telling my friend something. In my friend's messages (messages to me that of course can no longer be seen) its saids something "this account needs to verify"...yet its not telling ME anything about that. So I found "verify id" and "disable appeal" forms and gotten NO response at all in over 4 days.

Facebook wont even respond to confirm my ID!
