My Del, Ins, PgDn and L/R Arrow stopped working in Win 10 x64

Hello,
I don't know what is happening to my keyboard, I tried to re-install the driver via Device Manager and it didn't work, How can I fix this problem, this is really affecting my productivity on working on documents, Help.

Try to use an external keyboard tell us if the issue occurs again
