There is no repair windows selection thingy when I spam f8

After my laptop has been booted up (running Windows Vista basic) I've repeatedly pressing my f8 button and the advanced menu thing came up. But there is no repair windows selection on it

If you are trying to recover, then press F8 before it boots! It is too late for recovery if the OS has already loaded!
