After start up only wallpaper showingClosed

Hello, 

After start up only wallpaper showing . I am trying to click to reach to the password . It is always showing wallpaper. I tried to reboot Nd press f8 also showing the same. I tried ctrl- alt-dlt. Also showing the same. Plz help


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 63.0.3239.111

Try this:

Press the WINDOWS key, and type EXPLORER and hit the ENTER key.  Did it repaint the desktop?
