Forgot Gmail password and recovery number

im trying to recover my account i dont recall my password i reset my phone i need my acccount but i dont recall when i got gmail. i dont have the old number and i dont have recovery email

We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do, as we are volunteers at CCM.NET, and have nothing to do with them. Have you contacted GMAIL directly?
