I can't recover my account .when I put my information there is a message appeared that your account is locked due to some issues you need to verify when I click on verify there is a message appeared that we can't verify your account please help me

You wrote : "locked due to some issues" This is much too vague for us to be able to help you. Be more specific.

hi ambucias. when I give my gmail id with password a message appeared that "please confirm your identity "when I clicked on continue a message appeared that "identity not confirmed" what should I do now please help me

Hi

Look at your emails or sms, certainly that Facebook has sent you a message with a link. You will need to send a copy of an identification paper.
