Im logged out of my email and ive been stuck for a while.

For my old email I had a two-step verification which was linked to my phone. My number was changed because that phone got broken. They keep asking for the digits I give them the digits they send me a unlock notification on my old phone I cant get to it and I had no alternate email. Im just asking: Where do I go from this point?
