I cant open my account

I still know what my username, password, and secret question, but the problem is, I can't open my yahoo account because it asks for a verification code by sending a message or through voice call with my phone number. But I don't have access to that number anymore because it was lost.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
