One email contact goes directly to trash

Hello,

I have one email contact that has mail that always goes directly to trash. I have made sure there is no filter, made sure my contact is intact in my list, and i have tried to move it to the inbox. It will not move. How can I fix? It is just one address.

You may have blocked the WHOLE DOMAIN. So, your user is user1@thisdomain.com, and the filter says block anyone at thisdomain.com.

Is this webmail, or a particular client?
