My Acer computer crashed yesterday (Windows 7) It now has the Setup Utility screen on but do not know where to go from here. Can anyone help?

Hi,
I hope you are not able to load the OS.
Do a power drain. Check in safe mode whether you are able to log into Windows 7.
Try a BIOS default too and let me know.

Thank you for your input, we took it to a computer shop for someone to look at as we did not want to touch it as not sure what to do.
