Unable to load a profile photo on Facebook

Hello,

I can access my fb account,suddely it requestes me to upload aprofile photo.I tried to upload but it replys an upload failed,please make sure that you have astable network connection and try again. I tried so many times but it replies the same error while I am using astrong network.
Please help me how can a I fix it
