Locked out Yahoo account

Hi i have locked myself out my account as i have got a new phone and have used the key verification code but i did not sign it of the old phone and sold it to a shop and they have deleted the phone app. I moved from England and changed my number so i cannot get a text message to get a code to sign in and a email that i no longer use. it is vital that i regain access to my email as there is a lot of apps set up to this email that i need.
