Hello, I broke my old phone so I got my wife's old phone and I can't remember my password, now it tells me I have tried too many times. How do I recover my password?

Hello,

When you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
