My disable account Closed

Question

Hello, 
My facebook account has been disable since november of 2017 . They disable me because of third party complaint. I was selling a item that I bought online and didnt know I was in the wrong for trade mark. I contacted facebook they did tell me I was disable but did not tell me for how long or if I was permanently disable. Can anyone tell me how can I find out if I will ever get my facebook back. I never got disbale before and this is my first time . So i would think they would have gave me a chance.

Facebook disables accounts that don't follow the Facebook’s Terms of Use and Community Standards. 

Some examples include: 
• Posting content that doesn't follow the Facebook Terms of Use 
• Using a fake name or not using your full real name. 
• Creating two accounts. 
• Impersonating someone 
• Continuing behaviour that's not allowed on Facebook by violating the Community Standards

If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you can appeal Facebook's decision, but you must prove that Facebook made a mistake.

Ya I know but am I in like in time out? Will they give it back to me? I cant even make a new facebook with another email. Everytime I do that one gets disable also
